Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a Romanian Clinic that owns some of the most modern dental spaces in Bucharest, focused on Implantology and Dental Aesthetics. The position is based in Bucharest, Romania.

 THE ROLE

The Company is seeking a Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute its integrated marketing activities. This role will require someone with a strong understanding of digital / performance marketing, who can also coordinate various marketing initiatives across channels. She/He will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve brand visibility, drive patient acquisition, and enhance overall marketing performance. The role is full-time, on-site, in Bucharest, Romania.

Main responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Positioning: Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, defining brand positioning, and crafting key messages;
  • Performance Marketing Management: Overseeing online campaigns, analysing performance with the agency, and optimizing ROI. Ensuring that digital marketing activities meet business objectives and generate high-quality leads;
  • Channel Expansion: Increasing brand visibility through various tactics, including events, newsletters, influencer marketing, communication campaigns, podcast creation, etc;
  • TV Appearance Coordination: Managing discussions with TV producers, developing topics, and negotiating offers for TV appearances and interviews;
  • Promotion Material Development: Creating marketing materials that effectively communicate the clinic’s offerings and values;
  • Loyalty & Referral Programs: Developing, implementing, and managing loyalty programs to retain patients and stimulate referrals;
  • Vendor Management: Coordinating external partners, including the website team, photo/video production, digital agency, etc.;
  • Budget Management: Overseeing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with the company’s goals;
  • Social Media Coordination: Lead the coordination of social media efforts with an internal specialist, ensuring active presence and engagement across relevant platforms;
  • Market Trends & Growth Opportunities: Staying informed on industry trends and proposing projects that enhance both the online, as well as in-clinic patient experience;
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Tracking, analysing, and reporting the results of marketing efforts, and proposing improvements to enhance performance.

She/He will report to the Company’s General Manager and will lead a Marketing Specialist, alongside managing various external partners.

THE CANDIDATE

 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role; a background in performance marketing and working with digital agencies is a must;
  • Strong technical understanding of digital marketing, including platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads;
  • Experience in PR / communication represents a strong plus;
  • Background in an entrepreneurial environment is preferred;
  • Fluent in Romanian and intermediate proficiency in English.
